This browser doesn't appear to support WebGL.
That's ok, Bling3D can display alternative content.
It can also trigger alternative JavaScript plugins.
This example shows how to use exactly the same HTML for both WebGL and non-WebGL browsers. On WebGL-capable browsers a full 3D scene is displayed, on older browsers a simple horizontal scrolling area is displayed.
All it takes is a little CSS to override the default styles and make the viewport contents visible even if no WebGL is available.
You could also use this teqnique with media selectors to display simpler 2D content on small-screen devices.
